Mr. Mahoney’s practice is primarily in the areas of real estate, and business law, and his preference is helping you be successful. Before becoming an attorney he was the owner of Mahoney Realty Company, Patrick Construction Co, Inc. and Vice President of a local bank giving him multiple levels of experience in real estate sales, mortgage, foreclosure, eviction, appeals, collections, DTPA, contracts, breach, damages, settlement of disputes and mechanic liens.

 

Mr. Mahoney is an enthusiastic booster and supporter of Texas A&M, Houston Sheltie Sanctuary and Mustang Club of Houston.
